Babu owino To Face 7 years Imprisonment For Insulting The Preident!!!

Babu owino disregarded the sacred institution of the presidency and uttered the following words
"Kama Gaddafi alienda, Kama Yahma alienda yeye ni mtoto wa umbwa ataenda pia" loosely translated to mean" If Gaddafi went, if Yaha went, who is he?He is just a child of a dog.

Which clearly contravenes the constitution which clearly states that the presidency is a sacred institution which should be respected.

Babu owino said the words in a rally In kawangware and has hired lawyer James Orengo and Otiende whi represented them in supreme Court.

If babu owino loses he will face 7 years imprisonment and Will also lose his mp seat.
